Mark McDermott – Owner

Mark brings over 30 years of business management experience and a passion for care excellence to Touching Hearts. His volunteer work includes being Vice Chairman of the Board of Lifespan, Rochester’s premier nonprofit organization solely focused on serving seniors and their caregivers.
He is an active member of the Advocacy and Emerging Issues Committee of the Greater Rochester Area Partnership for the Elderly GRAPE).
He is a volunteer for Catholic Family Center’s refugee relocation program. His past board chair positions include the Volunteers of America of Western NY and Young Presidents Organization (Gold) Empire State Chapter.
He holds a BA from Boston College and a JD degree from University of Buffalo.
